Everything sold here is a digital product, delivered instantly as a download or a stream. Because it cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Why
Digital goods can be downloaded, copied, or recorded the moment they are accessed. Offering refunds on them is not workable and would not be fair to the people who buy honestly. So we would rather help you decide before you buy than take money back after.
Try before you buy
To make the decision easy, most products include a free part, a preview, or a trailer, and every product page describes exactly what you get. Please read it, and try the free portion, before purchasing.
Questions before buying
If anything is unclear, email alam.badre@yahoo.com before you purchase and you will get a straight answer. That is exactly what pre-sale questions are for.
Exceptions
The only time we will make something right is a genuine technical failure on our side, for example if a file is corrupt or a purchase is charged but access is never delivered. In those cases, contact us with your order number and we will fix the delivery or, if we cannot, resolve it fairly.
NorthStar
NorthStar is licensed, not sold, and is also non-refundable. Yearly upgrade renewals can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date, so you are never charged again for updates you do not want.
